We really hope that you love your purchase from House of Serene, however if you are not satisfied and wish to return your order, you can do so by following the steps below.
Our return policy is strictly valid for 14 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or an exchange after the end of 14 days from the delivery date .
To complete your return, we always require a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your purchased item must be unused and in the same original packaging as it was received.

Please securely package your return order ensuring it is in its original, unused condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If the refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business day, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will refund the paid amount with the exception of any shipping charges that were applied to your order.

To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
